According to Minsky’s Pizza food director Michael Vanzutphen, “The Minsky’s Bacon Explosion starts with real Wisconsin Mozzarella on your favorite Minsky’s crust; then we add chopped Farmland Bacon and cut pickle strips. We blast this bad-boy with julienned sliced ‘Bacon Explosion’ bacon and BBQ sausage and then we top it all off with our zesty own KC BBQ sauce, bake it to perfection, and then… Boom! You’ve got yourself one tasty Gourmet Pizza – exploding with bacon!”

The Bacon Explosion is available in all sizes and all crusts for Dine In, Carry Out, Delivery and Online Ordering starting Monday, January 22 (just in time for the Pro Bowl and the Super Bowl!) and is available for a limited time only at all KC area and Lawrence Minsky’s locations.
